Contact declining accounts and re-engage to re-establish lost business.
Create strategic approaches to generate interest in meeting with a field Sales Representative.
Support Open Territories remotely, to meet and exceed sales growth.
Documenting interactions with customers within Salesforce.
Support Marketing and Sales growth initiatives nationwide.
Track and report progress of prospective and new accounts to Marketing and Sales management.
Be part of key initiatives and projects throughout the year.
Establish working relationship with local territory sales team to increase business.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Follow safety standards and report any safety concerns to leadership.

Prefer bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, customer support, marketing, or sales support.
Knowledge of Optical products or experience in optical dispensing.
Optical industry experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
Specific familiarity with ECP & accounts a strong plus.
Excellent phone presence and ability to speak and communicate ideas clearly.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
Customer service experience.
Experience with a multi-national brand, global company preferred.
