To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services.
Ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy.
Drive change through Barclays execution teams.
Make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers.
Development of customer level strategies & solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team to guide and advise stakeholders.
Development of product propositions and service strategy.
Monitoring of key metrics such as adoption rates and customer satisfaction to assess product performance.

Experience in product management.
Demonstrable experience of delivering marketing and operational campaigns.
Demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations.
AGILE delivery experience.
Considerable background in risk and control frameworks.
Experience or knowledge of current accounts.
Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement.
