About this role
Role Overview
Develop and design a cohesive approach to enabling all customer-facing roles that aligns to LiveRamp’s long-term strategy
Partner with Revenue leadership to prioritize, develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs
Serve as the commercial team's internal AI advocate
Rearchitect our learning programs to deliver in-deal enablement and content
Develop an internal promotion path for our commercial org
Develop and deliver enablement programs for frontline managers
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales with proven attainment and/or running a revenue (sales/post-sales) or sales enablement team
Strong AI proficiency, especially in platforms/tools such as Gong, Claude, GPT, etc
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences
Experience building programs for a highly complex product (ideally in the data, analytics or data management space)
Experience executing in a customer-facing role (ideally in sales or account management)
Open to traveling 2x per quarter
