Support the LATAM Benefits Team in the day-to-day delivery and execution of all health, wellness, and retirement programs
Assist the team in managing local vendor relations and monitoring service delivery standards
Support program benchmarking, data analysis, and assessment of program effectiveness
Assist with the assessment of program changes, enhancements, and standardization recommendations
Support the creation of program communications to highlight changes, updates or to enhance employee engagement
Work in close partnership with the GBS team on process execution, data integrity, and leveraging their services to drive greater delivery efficiency

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
1-3 years of experience supporting benefits (health, wellness, retirement) programs
Basic knowledge of benefit program design and structure in Latin American countries
Strong knowledge of HR system (Workday), data interfaces
Excellent analytical skills
