Business Process Expert, Cash App & Credit Management

Role Overview

• Partner with the BPO and functional stakeholders to design, document, and implement future‑state (“to‑be”) processes aligned with business strategy.
• Analyze current (“as‑is”) processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input, validate designs, and drive alignment across functions and operating units.
• Drive process‑related decisions through governance forums and ensure clear communication to stakeholders.
• Support readiness for delivery by identifying gaps, advising on solutions, and enabling effective change adoption.
• Develop process documentation and collaborate with Training & Adoption teams to support learning and benefits realization.
• Support transition phases, including interim operating models, ensuring operational stability and smooth move to permanent processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion the agreed process vision across programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience working in complex, global organizations, ideally within Consumer Health, FMCG, or similar environments.
• Strong analytical capability with experience analyzing and improving end‑to‑end business processes.
• Knowledge of process modelling tools, data analysis, and familiarity with automation technologies.
• Solid project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to make informed decisions, navigate change, and maintain operational continuity during transformation.
• Fluency in English
