Partner with Business Process Owners and key functions (Finance, Order to Cash, Customer Service, Commercial) to manage current‑state deduction processes and design future‑state solutions
Analyze “as‑is” processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities; design and maintain end‑to‑end “to‑be” processes
Facilitate workshops to gather business input and drive alignment on deduction process improvements and standardization
Drive process decisions through governance forums and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication
Ensure alignment of deduction process design with Order to Cash timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Support operational readiness, transition planning, and business continuity for process changes
Develop clear process documentation and support adoption and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Experience in business process management, transformation, or continuous improvement, preferably within Finance or Order to Cash
Experience working in complex, global organizations (Consumer Health, FMCG, or similar industries preferred)
Knowledge of deduction management, dispute resolution, credit management, or related process areas
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex process flows and identify improvements
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations
Experience supporting change initiatives and process adoption
Fluency in English
