Role Overview
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the waste, recycling, and circular economy space
- Actively hunting for new customers, projects, and partnerships
- Driving the full commercial process — from first contact to signed agreement
- Ensuring projects are commercially sound and aligned with customer requirement
- Optimizing value chains with your sales colleagues, where excess resources from industries can be used across countries – primarily in Europe
- Developing solutions for industries such as building material and product industries, pharmaceuticals, alternative energy sources and food and beverages.
Requirements
- Have in-depth understanding of the waste sector from at least 5-10 years in the waste industry
- Business level Italian & English, both written and spoken, you must be comfortable to negotiate in both languages.
- Enjoy working with other profiles such as researchers and shipping employees, as well as your sales colleagues
- Are results-driven, self-motivating and enjoy working with international sales colleagues across countries
- Are ready to work from home – and live in Northern Italy?
