Role Overview
- Support preparation and follow-up of client and prospect meetings
- Assist in assembling presentation materials and investment content
- Prepare client deliverables (e.g. factsheets, performance data, thought leadership)
- Support and help coordinate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and client developments
- Maintain accurate CRM data (contacts, opportunities, pipeline)
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience, preferably in asset management, financial services, or a client-facing role
- Strong interest in financial markets
- Familiarity with European asset management markets is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- Fluency in German and English required
