Support clients in providing the UK with airworthy, safe, sustainable military capability
Develop a portfolio of project deliveries
Hone consultancy skills and help develop junior engineers and graduates
Opportunities to work outside defence aerospace or gain civil experience

Have sound engineering experience across multiple disciplines
Lead on technical delivery within programmes under the guidance of a more senior consultant
Is a practitioner in initial or continuing airworthiness
Has 5+ years’ experience of leading engineering teams as either a senior NCO or engineering officer or civilian equivalent
Is a Chartered Engineer (with RAeS, IMechE or IET) or working towards it
Has demonstrable technical experience of working in a Systems Engineering environment, in the aerospace industry, including: Safety work within a Platform Delivery Team or similar Certification requirements and compliance; Working with EASA CS or Military MAC-P / Def Stan 00-970 Certification Specifications Requirements management; Safety and assurance; Test and acceptance
Shows a strong customer-focused attitude
Demonstrates an understanding of the different air safety aspects of an air systems life cycle
