Accountable for KHC’s end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review.
Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations.
Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing.
Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the KHC commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management.
+3 years of experience in project management (Innovation Projects, Renovation Projects or similar)
Knowledge in SAP or a Project Management system.
Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
