Senior Direct Response Copywriter

Role Overview

• Conversion-driven copy across all formats: landing pages, advertorials, listicles, Meta ads, UGC scripts, VSLs
• Funnel ownership and designing the experience from first impression to purchase
• Audience instinct: direct, human-centered messaging
• Testing and optimization: analysis of CVR, CAC, AOV, ROAS
• Ownership and execution of ideas with measurable results

Requirements

• At least 2 years in direct response copywriting within DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• Proven results: concrete campaign metrics and copy that drove measurable conversions
• Deep understanding of sales psychology: AIDA, scarcity, urgency, social proof
• Experience with psychological behavioral patterns
• Use of AI tools for ideation, scaling variants, and research
• Fluent German with sales-level proficiency for persuasive copy
• Can-do, self-starter mentality
