Role Overview
- You will be the Founding Engineer
- Machine connectivity & data infrastructure
- CAD/CAM & digital work preparation
- Develop production software
- AI/ML in manufacturing
- MES/ERP integration & architecture
- Rapid prototyping in real production environments
Requirements
- Strong technical degree – Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
- Master’s degree or an outstanding Bachelor’s
- Your technical stack is broad and deep
- You can write production-grade software in Python/C++/Rust
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems (Siemens NX, Mastercam, Hypermill, etc.) is a strong plus
- You speak fluent German
