Act as the primary FLS point of contact on the client site.
Coordinate the resolution of all outstanding issues between FLS and the client, ensuring effective and timely closure.
Provide basic technical and commercial support to help clients achieve maximum operational efficiency with their FLS equipment, including Filters, Thickeners, Flotation Cells, Crushers, HPGRs and Mills.
Monitor client inventory and other essential operational aspects to ensure reliability and safety of operations.
Share up-to-date technical and commercial plant information with FLS customer support teams.
Support the client and FLS team during scheduled and emergency maintenance activities at the plant.
Identify, evaluate and recommend products, spare parts, upgrades and services that best meet the client's needs.
Ensure the entire sales process is aligned with client requirements, from initial proposal to final delivery, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Develop strong relationships and maintain effective communication with clients.
Prepare field technical and administrative reports within required deadlines.
Maintain and update the CRM system and other control tools.
Promote a culture of personal, team and client safety.
Work independently with limited supervision.
Requirements
Technical certificate or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the mining industry (preferred).
Strong hands-on knowledge of parts and maintenance for mining equipment such as Thickeners, Flotation Cells, Filters, HPGRs, Mills and Crushers.
Intermediate English and/or Spanish (desirable).
Availability to reside in the cities listed above or nearby areas.
Availability to travel as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and CRM systems.
