Define and build the intelligence layer using AI/ML for predictive, prescriptive, and optimization solutions
Participate in the design and development of a scalable analytics platform and analytics solutions supporting multiple digital services and use cases
Design the consumption layer enabling dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data pipelines and platform capabilities (e.g., Databricks, AWS)
Drive architecture decisions, standardization, and best practices across analytics and AI solutions
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready
Work closely with software, data, IoT, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Guide development of data models, ML lifecycle, and analytics capabilities

Strong experience in data science and applied machine learning
Proven experience in building end-to-end analytics or data platforms
Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar modern data platforms
Excellent programming skills in Python (pandas, PySpark)
Experience with AWS data and analytics services (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda)
Ability to design AI/ML solutions for real-world use cases
Experience building or supporting dashboards and insight-driven applications
Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and data architecture concepts
Familiarity with CI/CD and production deployment practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills
