Own our Paid Social and Paid Search channels end-to-end: define strategy, set operational priorities, and manage execution to profitably scale new-customer growth within our subscription-based e-commerce/D2C model.
Lead the Meta execution engine by developing a strong creative strategy, managing a high-velocity, high-quality creative production pipeline with internal teams and agencies, and continuously improving sales funnels (including landing pages) with our Shop team.
Manage and develop a high-performing in-house team and external partners: define clear priorities and responsibilities, and continuously improve workflows, tools, and infrastructure with a strong focus on AI and automation.
Scale Google performance by optimizing campaign setups, ad strategy, and budget allocation, while exploring and testing new funnels for different intent clusters.
Lead structured channel reporting and qualitative creative analysis: systematically identify bottlenecks, new messaging angles, and growth opportunities, and provide clear guidance to the team.
Translate performance, creative, and customer insights into clear hypotheses and structured testing roadmaps for media buying, creative production, and funnel optimization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Design, Product/Customer Research, Shop, Data/Analytics, other Sales Channels, and Operations — to align priorities and maximize business impact across the funnel.
Stay ahead of platform developments, algorithm changes, and best practices both inside and beyond the dog-food market, and monitor advanced markets (especially the US and UK) to generate learnings and testing opportunities.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in paid channels with a strong track record of scaling profitable new-customer growth for e-commerce/D2C brands.
Deep operational and strategic expertise in Meta and Google with end-to-end ownership in prior roles, including strategy, budget planning and forecasting, hands-on execution, and performance analysis, with clear accountability for results.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers: combine multiple data sources and attribution models with a customer-centric mindset and commercial/sales acumen.
Experienced in direct-response creative strategy and funnel building (including landing pages), with the ability to build structured, insight-driven creative testing pipelines to improve message–market fit and conversion across the funnel.
Leadership experience managing in-house teams, agencies, and freelancers, plus strong execution, stakeholder management, and project management skills to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Builder mentality and a passion for creating scalable structures (workflows, reporting routines, infrastructure, and tools).
Experience with AI and automation, or a strong drive to develop expertise in this area.
