About this role

Lead a team of product managers bringing clarity and direction to a high-performing team
Understand customer needs, experiment and collaborate to find answers to customer problems
Define and prioritise incremental value and lead execution of a product roadmap
Design and own product suite strategy through collaboration and analysis of the right market, customer insights, ensuring appropriate ROI
Drive conclusions from large volumes of data and recommend actions for product development
Work closely with internal business partners (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) to assess product needs and manage customer feedback
Measure team and portfolio success through KPIs and reporting to stakeholders

Previous experience in recruiting and managing product teams
Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning
Very strong product management skills, preferably in a large, B2B organisation
Ability to understand and analyse complex data in association with machine learning and AI algorithms
Experience with building and delivering through capital investment projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum and Kanban) is nice to have
