Senior Principal Software Engineer, Platform Engineering

Role Overview

• Lead the design and development of complex application systems based on Java, .NET Core and Python frameworks
• Architect and build platform tools that utilize AI Agents to automate workflows
• Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements
• Collaborate with Front-end teams for seamless UI integration
• Work with QA/Testing to ensure enterprise-grade reliability
• Ensure optimal availability and scalability of systems
• Mentor junior engineers in software development best practices
• Proactively evaluate emerging technologies in the AI/Agent space

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• 10
• 12 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Java, C#/.NET Core or Python
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms
• Extensive experience in developing large-scale projects
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented design, UML, and design patterns
• Proficient in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
• Familiar with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes
• Expert in Agile development processes
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Practical understanding of LLMs and Agent frameworks
