About this role

Develop and maintain our web application using Next.js and TypeScript (approximately 85%), plus React/JavaScript (approximately 15%), Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui
Work in an AI-first development environment leveraging Claude and Cursor
Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub
Ensure high code quality through testing and maintainable architecture
Implement database functions and migrations and maintain data integrity
Perform code reviews and continuously improve existing systems
Contribute to technical decisions, stack evolution, and the product vision

Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, or equivalent programming/automation experience
Prior experience with tools like n8n is a plus but not required
Proficient English for clear, uncomplicated team communication
Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Quick to learn and work in a disciplined, organized manner
