Join Asset Management and Performance Team to deliver Asset Management outcomes across various projects
Lead delivery of Asset Management consulting projects
Develop internal tools & IP to support team members
Prepare client proposals including value propositions and budgets
Build and nurture relationships internally and externally

Exposure to heavy industry (Water, Resources, Oil & Gas highly regarded)
An understanding of Asset Management principles and/ or background in an engineering discipline
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects or packages of work
Demonstrated experience leading, empowering, and motivating diverse teams including Early Career Professionals through to SMEs to achieve outcomes
Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients and stakeholders to elicit and interpret needs and manage project delivery
