Improve visibility into cash, working capital, and financial risk across the business.
Transform complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
Work across ERP systems, banking platforms, and internal data sources to develop dashboards and improve forecasting models.
Contribute to automation and AI-enabled improvements in reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting workflows.

5–9 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Risk Analytics, or Financial/Data Analytics.
Strong understanding of cash flow mechanics and working capital drivers.
Experience analyzing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Advanced SQL and strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, banking platforms).
Strong ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
Exposure to automation tools (Python, APIs, workflow tools) preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools applied to analytics or financial workflows is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one).
Fluent English language skills.
