Play an essential role as Product Owner within the CFO Data Foundation Tribe
Work together with other Product Owners, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, IT leads and OPS/DEV engineers and business analysts
Lead 2 squads to successfully deliver on their purpose, empowering them with clear direction and priorities
Manage and align a diverse group of stakeholders across both squads, providing consistent communication
Set and execute the product vision & strategy for the area
Follow the tribe's way of working and synchronize with the Tribe’s vision
Owning and maintaining the squad backlog and determine the priority setting across different chapters
Developing and maintaining data quality rules and data selections
Drive together with the Scrum Master the adoption of the Simplify@Scale way of working in your Squads.

HBO / WO thinking and / or education level
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in complex agile / Scrum environments
Sound knowledge of and experience with data warehouses and/or data lakes
Knowledge of finance and risk domain, preferably with data management experience in those domains
Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation to explain complex or technical issues for a broad audience
Experience with working Simplify@Scale or another scaled agile framework.
