Role Overview
- Drive engagement and adoption of foundational services across Rabobank
- Streamline interaction between the platform and its users
- Propagate the vision and ensure widespread adoption within the bank
- Shape the strategic vision and direction of ROP engineering journey
- Translate organizational and developer needs into a clear product strategy
- Create and maintain the product roadmap
- Build and nurture the ROP community
- Ensure adoption across 160+ squads
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Strong focus on system adoption and success (outcomes) rather than technical deliverables (outputs)
- Excellent social skills
- Experience in community building or customer service is a plus
- Proactive mindset, comfortable with challenge and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills, creating structure and purpose
- Ability to present compelling and convincing value propositions
- Experience with platform engineering, microservice architecture, application development, and/or automation is an advantage
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
