Leading and managing analytics project requirements and goals from start to finish
Design & develop innovative business solutions that meet business needs
Engages with stakeholders to establish measurable business metrics and analytical frameworks
Responsible for leading prototyping new analysis and reports
Stay current with the latest developments in the analytics industry
Identifies opportunity trends and recommends solutions through design and preparation of clear reports
Coordinate and present concise summaries and briefings to senior management and client leadership
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
Create continuous improvement in the Data Analytics function
Leads the research and development of data models to produce insights
Analyze data to find concrete insights

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics or Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience (e.g. data science, analytics, or related technical role)
Optional Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or Business Analytics
5-10 years of experience in the business intelligence and technical space, managing projects, making insightful recommendations or any equivalent of experience, education and/or training
Experience in acquiring, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets
Experience with analytical visualization software such as SAS, R. Matlab, Python (Pandas/Scipy), Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI, etc
Advanced SQL knowledge and programming skills.
