Role Overview
- Develop a planning concept that accounts for functional and technical requirements and integrates design into the landscape or urban setting
- Design and plan civil engineering structures in the context of water-management facilities such as wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, stormwater and sewer systems, and associated above‑ground buildings
- Develop architectural, creative solutions with attention to aesthetics and functionality, and integrate them harmoniously into sensitive natural areas or the urban environment
- Prepare the required documentation for permitting procedures under water and building regulations
- Produce technical construction drawings and detailed plans
- Coordinate and align work with specialist planners
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Architecture
- Several years of experience in schematic design and execution planning
- Strong skills in detailed development, construction, and technical implementation
- Experience with complex technical construction projects/large-scale or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Confident user of CAD/BIM software
