About this role
Role Overview
Process moderate-complexity sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review.
Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup.
Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers.
Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data.
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution.
Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
