About this role
Role Overview
- Actively contribute to the development of new networking topics
- Consult, design and implement networking solutions in the areas of Core, Edge, WLAN and Next-Generation Firewalls
- Take full ownership of projects — from analysis and consulting through implementation to support of the deployed solution
- Analyze and optimize existing networking infrastructure and perform troubleshooting
- Support the sales team with customer consultations and proposal preparation
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a comparable IT-related qualification
- Experience in the IT security field
- Knowledge of routing, switching and firewalling, preferably with products from Cisco and/or HPE Aruba, Fortinet
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong conceptual skills
- Problem-solving competence
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer orientation
