Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing strategic talent mapping, compensation advice, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel
Manage full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process across the organization
Lead talent management strategy across our growing post-sales and marketing organizations
Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent
Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders to improve recruiting processes and strategies
Manage and drive projects contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of recruiting tools and processes
Requirements
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up
Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels from individual contributors to VP-level positions
Self-starter who can work independently
Excellent networker and understanding of high-caliber candidates across multiple business functions
Excellent communicator and ability to persuade and advise leaders on recruiting best practices
Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
