Role Overview
- Partner with business leads and integration teams to support employee integration
- Collaborate with HRIS/Operations/Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, etc.
- Develop employee engagement plans and manage performance reviews
- Manage employee relations and staff wellness initiatives
- Support HR Operations in audits and reporting
- Policy review and compliance
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a similar HR role
- Qualification in Human Resources (CPP, CIPD or similar)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Independent and high attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of UK, EMEA & US employment laws
- Experience with Workday is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
