Conduct population and organizational data analysis to identify patterns, risk hotspots and opportunities for strategic intervention for client companies (Population Health Analytics).
Lead the production of executive reports, turning raw metrics into clear technical narratives that answer: what is happening, why it matters and what the action plan is (Strategic Reporting & Storytelling).
Develop "next steps" proposals and structured recommendations, ensuring HR receives clinically safe and operationally feasible guidance (Recommendation Curation).
Ensure data governance and integrity by verifying metric consistency, maintaining standardization of models and following confidentiality principles (LGPD/Data Privacy).
Establish and maintain an organized repository of templates, tables and presentation materials (slides/infographics) ready for use and reuse by Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams.
Support Customer Success (CS) and Sales teams as a specialized back-office (Technical Enablement), answering recurring technical questions (FAQ) and providing data-backed arguments for commercial proposals.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with specialization in Occupational Health Nursing or Community/Public Health.
Experience in health data/population health management analysis and report generation.
Analytical, data-oriented profile with advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in creating presentations (Storytelling).
Strong ability to write clearly and concisely in a corporate tone, translating complex information for an executive audience.
Impeccable organization and attention to detail, essential for version control, standardization and metric consistency.
Familiarity with tools, methodologies or indicators applied to corporate/population health contexts (e.g., surveys, indices, prioritization matrices).
Experience preparing technical reports and recommendations for executive committees.
Knowledge of dashboards/BI (even at a basic level) and/or report automation will be considered a plus.
