Engage in applied health services and population health research in a project-based, team setting.
Perform mainly technical skill tasks, contribute to project leadership and administration on research and evaluation initiatives.
Complete work independently on tasks with moderate complexity while assisting or completing advanced complexity tasks with appropriate assistance and oversight.
Conduct statistical analysis and reporting of multi-source data including administrative and survey data.
Create technical reports, manuals, and presentation materials.
Present results in clear format to non-technical audiences.
Conduct literature searches and literature reviews, assist with institutional review board (IRB) applications and other data governance requests.
Write abstracts and manuscripts for conference and peer-reviewed publications.
Assist with reporting of mixed-methods and qualitative research.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field of study is required.
Requires successful completion of a background check.
Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
Experience with manuscript and/or abstract writing for conference and peer-reviewed publications.
Experience working on behavioral health evaluation projects, particularly children’s and youth mental health services.
Experience with psychometric data processing and analysis.
Experience reporting mixed-methods results.
Experience with creating data visualizations for research reporting.
Demonstrated usage of R, SAS, or Stata for data analysis.
