About this role
Role Overview
- Handle ongoing condominium association accounting
- Prepare annual budgets and operating cost statements
- Assist in creating and processing open items (accounts receivable/payable)
- Responsible for executing dunning/reminder procedures
- Manage payment transactions
- Prepare monthly statements for property owners
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial clerk, or real estate clerk (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of property accounting or financial accounting (career changers welcome)
- Strong numerical aptitude and a careful, detail-oriented working style
- Very good PC skills, especially MS Office
- Basic experience with bank software is an advantage
