Serves as a key legal advisor supporting casualty claims, focusing on coverage analysis and strategy
Partners closely with claims professionals and leadership to evaluate policy coverage, assess legal risk, and guide resolution strategies on high-exposure and litigated matters
Provides expert interpretation of insurance policies, develops defensible coverage positions, and influences outcomes through proactive legal counsel
Oversees outside counsel on coverage-related litigation, ensuring alignment with company strategy, efficient case management, and effective cost control
Contributes to training, best practices, and consistency in coverage application across the organization.

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training
Must have Claims Coverage experience
Must have passed the Bar exam.
