Act as the team’s agile facilitator, ensuring application of Scrum practices and promoting continuous improvement of processes;
Monitor process metrics and performance indicators, proposing improvement actions to increase team efficiency;
Support developers in refining technical requirements and removing impediments;
Assist the Product Owner (PO) with backlog prioritization and refinement;
Help describe and detail backlog items, ensuring sufficient clarity for development;
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective;
Work together with the PO and developers to build and monitor business metrics and value generation;
Support changes and improvements in the software development process;
Promote integration and alignment among different teams and areas involved in solution development;
Identify and mitigate project impediments, dependencies and risks;
Ensure efficient communication between stakeholders, the technical team and business areas.
Requirements
Solid experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Analyst in agile environments;
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban;
Experience monitoring process metrics and business indicators;
Knowledge of backlog management and refinement;
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing impediments;
Ability to interact across technical and business areas;
Analytical, collaborative profile with strong communication skills;
Experience with software development processes;
Familiarity with agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar;
Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM or similar);
Bachelor’s degree completed in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
