About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for preparing and further developing the consolidated financial statements under IFRS, including consideration of regulatory and ESG requirements
Manage complex accounting and consolidation issues and ensure correct intercompany reconciliation and data quality at group level
Coordinate external audits and work closely with auditors
Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing structures and ensure appropriate documentation
Take over and optimize accounting and reporting processes of individual group entities to ensure efficient and standardized financial operations
Act as a liaison to internal departments and external stakeholders such as auditors and tax advisors
Assist in managing liquidity matters and in further developing related processes
Prepare decision-relevant analyses and actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in group accounting, ideally in a comparable role
Ideally a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting
Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Strong numerical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player, self-starter and a high level of personal responsibility
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
