Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements across multiple data center functions including space design and delivery, physical security, power and environmental operations, health & safety, interconnection, incident management, and change management
Oversee service availability, compliance, and key performance indicators
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Account Management, Design, Construction, Implementations, Operations, EHS, IT, and Security to ensure a seamless delivery of services
Drive business process innovation to enhance contract delivery capabilities through defined processes, systems, and automation
Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Requirements
BA or BS in technical discipline or equivalent practical experience
5+ years’ experience in data center colocation or IT infrastructure support
Technical aptitude with an understanding of contract and lease terms including energy, building premises, telecom, security, and operations
Experience with data center builds, migrations, and installations
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or similar certification are preferred
