About this role
Role Overview
Make first contact with leads via email, phone and online platforms;
Qualify opportunities and pass them to the sales team;
Nurture leads from campaigns, events and inbound marketing strategies;
Update the CRM with interaction details and history;
Conduct strategic follow-ups throughout the lead journey;
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase conversions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;
Minimum 6 months of experience as an SDR, in presales, or in commercial/customer-facing roles;
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar;
Experience in B2B relationship management;
Experience working in the real estate market;
Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales techniques;
Experience with long sales cycles.
