Monitor and define product lifecycle evolutions for Fixed Income products, from conception through delivery and ongoing iteration;
Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on data, user feedback, and market trends;
Ensure regulatory compliance and work closely with Custody, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams;
Partner with technology teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries and scalable solutions;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements;
Conduct market benchmarking and identify differentiation opportunities;
Serve as a technical and strategic reference for Fixed Income within the organization.

Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably with financial or investment products;
Solid knowledge of Fixed Income, financial markets, and regulation (e.g., BACEN, CVM, Anbima);
Strong data analysis skills and ability to define success metrics;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
Clear and effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Collaborative mindset, focused on delivering value and with a member (client)-centric perspective.
Differentiators:
Experience with Fixed Income products at financial institutions;
Experience with Open Finance and integrations with digital platforms;
Certifications such as CPA-20, CEA, or equivalent;
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
