Establish product backlog for projects, mandates and development activities specific to your field of expertise
Advise and assist clients and partners with positioning, planning, development, performance and follow-up of various strategic mandates under your responsibility
Oversee the development and updating of policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and mandates
Identify and analyze problems, raise any major issues, develop diagnostics and make recommendations to the decision-making bodies concerned regarding business solutions and key market-development strategies and tactics
Coach other product owners
Represent your unit in dealings with senior management committees and decision-making bodies
Represent Desjardins when negotiating and committing to agreements with partners and external organizations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
