Developing strategic sales/marketing plans, which will assist in maintaining and increasing membership
Conduct, attend, and manage local and sales operations meeting(s) in order to provide sales development, teamwork, market strategies, training, etc.
Monitor sales results, trends and overall performance to hold sales agents accountable for achieving identified targets
Collaborate across MarketPoint sales channels to execute strategy and deliver on growth objectives
Partner with Market Operations team to develop growth strategy; including sales & retention strategies, product design and provider partnerships/growth
Build strategic relationships with distribution partners and agencies to ensure successful business outcomes
Lead a team of 6 Managers and 50 indirect reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent business experience
15+ years of leadership experience within a large sales organization, including field-based components
Proven experience leading teams of 10 or more field sales professionals
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills
High proficiency with laptop computers, mobile devices, and mobile applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited)
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to a regional office location (New Jersey, Maryland, D.C., Delaware, Massachusetts or Pennsylvania) and be able to work in a hybrid office setting
