Maintain and update company cash flow forecasts and financial models on a weekly basis
Track and report key business metrics including LTV, CAC, Gross Margin per placement, and Net Revenue Retention
Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Extract and analyze data from QuickBooks Online and HubSpot to maintain accurate financial dashboards
Own the full Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Manage invoicing and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow
Execute accurate and timely month-end close processes
Ensure transactions are properly coded, reconciled, and maintained within QuickBooks Online
Support and manage cross-border payroll operations for 150+ employees and contractors across Latin America
Ensure timely and accurate payments across multiple currencies and payment platforms
Maintain payroll accuracy and support related financial reconciliations

4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
Experience working in B2B services, SaaS, staffing, or recruiting industries
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial modeling and large datasets
Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
Experience handling cross-border payments and payroll processes in LATAM
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience building or improving financial dashboards and reporting processes
Familiarity with SaaS metrics and operational finance KPIs
Experience supporting executive leadership with financial insights and forecasting

Work remotely Monday
Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
