About this role
Role Overview
Serve as the leader and customer-facing liaison for successful implementation of Omnissa’s Product Solutions
Provide project leadership for the customer’s major Omnissa initiatives
Manage cross-functional Omnissa project teams
Design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements
Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Omnissa suite of products
Advocate on customer’s behalf to help drive ROI
Provide clear and constructive product feedback
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in customer-facing positions in a consultative, advisory, or architectural role
Strong technical background in End User Computing and Cloud Infrastructure
Experience with SaaS model and methodology
Strong analytical skills regarding technical and project management issues
Ability to interact and communicate with Customer CxO, Engineering, and Administrator-level personnel
Ability to speak Spanish and English
Excellent communications both verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
B.S. or B.A. in relevant fields; Legacy VCP-DT or OCP will be highly regarded
Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time, including international at times
