Lead content design processes for your designated features, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clarity and consistency in our guidance across touchpoints.
Advocate for Oura’s signature health philosophy that’s rooted in the Nordics, and secure our epitome tone of voice across both human
and AI-generated content.

5+ years of proven hands-on content design / UX writing experience, preferably in the field of health and/or wellness communications.
A strong understanding of tone, clarity, and emotional nuance in digital products, and the ability to work within established brand guidelines.
Demonstrated experience using AI or LLMs as creative tools whether for prompting, prototyping, or scaling.
Project management skills, capability to lead your own work streams, and experience in successful stakeholder communications.
Curiosity and openness: you’re someone who learns fast, iterates often, and collaborates well across disciplines.
Teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate in remote work environments. Due to time zones, this role is ideal for early morning types, and may not be healthy for night owls.
