Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and success.
Oversee the testing and validation processes for systems developed by the R&D team, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights and support informed decision-making in the development process.
Collaborate with product management, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D projects into the product development pipeline.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuously improve product offerings.
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement for R&D projects, optimizing utilization and efficiency.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.

Engineering degree in electrochemistry or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading research and development projects in the Hydrogen environment.
Strong technical background with expertise in system testing, validation, and analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
