Plan, organize, and execute local events, workshops, seminars, and tradeshow participation from conception through completion, ensuring effective lead generation and customer engagement.
Provide direct marketing support to the local Sales team, including preparing tailored materials, delivering compelling small-scale product presentations and demonstrations, assisting with lead follow-up, and supporting deal cycles.
Identify, build, and nurture relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to drive regional advocacy and gather valuable market insights relevant to our scientific and medical fields.
Gather and report crucial local market insights, competitive activities, and customer feedback from the field to inform broader marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements
A university degree in Life Sciences, or a related scientific/medical field.
Understanding of the clinical and research flow cytometry market in North America.
Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience in field marketing or sales, specifically within the Life Science, Pharma, or Diagnostics industry.
Demonstrated ability to provide direct sales support and deliver compelling product presentations.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
