Requirements
CEO, President, CRO, COO, or CFO at a PE backed software platform, vertical SaaS company, or technology services operator
Fifteen years or more in software or technology operations with direct experience in acquisitions integration and platform scaling
Comfort discussing rule of forty dynamics, ARR retention, customer acquisition unit economics, and the operational dynamics that drive software M&A multiples
Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, senior executives, and PE professionals across your subsector
Comfort representing Fireclay professionally to PE sponsors and target company management
Discretion when handling non public information and competitive intelligence
Willingness to work on a flexible per engagement basis without fixed hours or commitments
