Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Product Manager leading UX-centric initiatives for complex enterprise or cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user research methodologies, and customer-journey design.
Experience shaping UX for cloud management, DevOps, infrastructure, or SaaS platforms.
Ability to translate qualitative user insights into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmap decisions.
Familiarity with modern web UI technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular (conceptual understanding; not required to code).
Strong collaboration skills across product, UX, engineering, and field organizations.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to articulate experience strategy to executives, customers, and delivery teams.
