- Drive continuous improvement across enterprise reporting, data, and supporting systems
- Connect business, reporting, data and systems teams
- Strengthen reporting outcomes and improve data integrity
- Lead portfolio-level reporting uplift and manage a prioritised improvement backlog
- Resolve root-cause data and workflow issues
- Support transition to sustainable, system-generated reporting solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise-scale improvement, reporting, data or system-enabled roles
- Ability to translate strategy into prioritised, executable change
- Lead end-to-end improvement initiatives
- Apply structured methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Analytical and comfortable with ambiguity
- Skilled at navigating system, process and organisational dependencies
- Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
