About this role
Role Overview
Identify and acquire new customers
Provide scientific information, present and promote the product to neurologists and urologists in private practices and hospitals
Design, organize and conduct continuing education events
Provide training for physicians in private practices and hospitals
Work closely with all functions of the in-field team
Develop, align and implement a territory plan within the in-field team
Collect market information and customer insights, and determine customers' position in the sales cycle
Co-responsible for achieving regional targets
Professional reporting: timely and proper completion of all administrative tasks
Compliance with all applicable functional requirements and legal and regulatory obligations, including procedures and policies on ethics and compliance and the “Code of Business Conduct”
Requirements
University degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical representative training, or the required professional knowledge according to §75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz)
Previous successful field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not mandatory
Enthusiasm for the role and a desire for personal development
Ability to present complex scientific topics appropriately for the target audience and discuss them with diverse customer groups
Strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented personality with excellent communication abilities
High level of agility and motivation to pursue and achieve goals
Strong digital proficiency and analytical skills combined with creativity
Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive for success, including commitment to personal growth within the company
Flexibility, commitment and team spirit
Excellent written and spoken English
