Lead product and portfolio lifecycle strategy, forecasting, and roadmap development.
Apply deep disease-domain expertise, regulatory insight, and strong business acumen to advance adoption and drive profitability, margin expansion, and overall portfolio performance.
Monitor scientific, regulatory, and competitive developments to inform portfolio direction.
Lead development of product business cases, including market sizing and growth projections, total cost estimation, business goals, operational workflows, outcomes, and functional requirements.
Serve as the commercial representative for assigned products across scientific, operational, and market access teams.
Manage strategic partnerships that expand product capabilities, drive distribution, and unlock new revenue streams.
Serve as a spokesperson who clearly articulates the product vision to partners and internal teams.
Represent customer voice in strategic committees and facilitate alignment on product evolution, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
Partner with Marketing to support differentiation strategy and thought leadership priorities.
Lead and ensure operational readiness for product launches and acquisitions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
7 or more years experience in product management or portfolio strategy
7 or more years experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
Experience with diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathways
Experience with market access/payor policies for diagnostics
Experience with forecasting & pricing
