Define and implement data modelling standards for structured datasets powering Neo
Ensure data consistency, quality, and interoperability across Capgemini systems and Neo modules
Drive alignment of structured data with knowledge bases and retrieval driven AI features
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Engineering teams to embed structured data into AI driven use cases
Document data schemas, validation rules, and lineage to support maintainability and governance
Identify data gaps and define integration priorities to strengthen platform capabilities
Ensure structured data supports scalable, reusable, and high quality AI outputs
Contribute to the evolution of enterprise data standards and practices within Neo

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong expertise in structured data modelling, SQL, ETL concepts, and enterprise data standards
Solid understanding of how structured data supports AI systems (e.g. RAG, embeddings, classification)
Experience working in complex, multi system data integration environments
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, data science, and architecture teams
